Walnuts

Walnuts are useful little snacks. More beneficial to the human body than we realize :) they not only are tasty but are super healthy for a developing brain and traveller.

Walnuts, like fish contain omega-3's and this nutrient is vital to the creation of structural fats in the brain!

Aside from the food having beneficial factors to the body part it distinguishes it also is extremely good for sleep. Melatonin is released from the brain to help regulate sleep, more often this happens when you have increased your walnut daily intake :) have a hard time sleeping? Eat some nuts of wal :p
